Dare you….Before 2012 to change 3 things…

Between now and Christmas many people will be tuning into the X Factor (http://xfactor.itv.com/) & Strictly Come Dancing (http://www.bbc.co.uk/strictlycomedancing/) to watch the progress and share in their dreams.

Between now and the Olympics, athletes all over the World and those who visit Energised will have clear goals to reach every week to give them, the best possible chance to have their BEST result on the day.

One thing that we can take from these shows & the athletes that with a bit of focus and support, commitment and determination anything is possible.

Over the weeks, they will improve and learn new skills, adapt and grow.  So whilst they have a huge support team – they are certainly stepping out of their comfort zone to do something different, and make something happen.

So I would like to DARE you to take some time and set some BIG ‘HAIRY’ GOALS to make happen before 2012…. !  What ‘dance’ are you going to perfect by Christmas time, how will you look, feel and be by 1st Jan 2012…. just imagine what is possible if you have the courage to BEGIN. Remember, sometime taking time out to recharge is as big a goal as achieving something more external – choose what will have the biggest impact on your life right now.

From this write down a weekly goal for each area for week starting this Monday until 2012 to achieve, and share it with 2 people who will keep you accountable.
