Head Coach Kim felt “incredibly, incredibly nervous after the hours everyone has put in to prepare for Jenny’s memorial which is on the 10th Nov. I don’t know what lies ahead. I will be home on 3rd early doors.
All your messages and support will be read for sure, the route and altitude outline is here
http://www.himalayan.com/
This challenge will be for Jenny, Mind – and awareness for The Encephalitis Society (for all their support to me), Darjeeling Children’s charity (in loving memory of Albert Harrington) & Hounds for Heroes supporting PTSD (and Remembrance Sunday) and NAI Wales (a little autism children’s charity I found after researching support with my client Teresa). I’m doing it more for awareness as I have literally no idea if I can do it.
Gail is looking after things with energised. If you do donate please link with Kim’s #himalayan100 & comment so I can thank you, unless Jenny’s page as I’ll see it there 💙.
I will reply to all your emails weekend 3rd Nov if not before. Text or WhatsApp best contact.
Please send super powers from now to then! Day 1 is 24miles and 6,000ft of climbing 🤔
For Jenny, Albert and all those who need courage and strength,
Our character grows through the chaos of trauma if we have the courage to face it.
With huge support always, I think you’re all great & hugely value working with you all, big love Kim” 🙏🏻#bebrave
