Do you know what is in season with your veggies?
I think it’s a great thing to check out, as it makes you think about what is sourced locally and will have the best nutrients…
How about these ideas:
Blueberries…. with coconut or greek yoghurt, oats, flax seed, cacao seeds, nut butter, chai seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, protein if you wish… super dessert treat!! Can be frozen too
Courgettes…. spiralised with a chicken or turkey stirfry of goodness, yum yum!
