EP Coaches update their knowledge for you…

Our philosophy is to help you to feel good, inside and out, improve your wellbeing, fitness and performance… and in order to do that we are passionate about staying ahead in the industry and constantly updating our knowledge to provide our clients, that’s you with up to date challenge, motivating and interesting information, exericses and fun!

So last weekend EP Coach Alex Cosgrove gained his Instructors Certificate in Extreme Kettlebell Training through Optimal Life Fitness (Visit: http://optimallifefitness.com) . Alex will be available for 1;1 PT Sessions and small group training from Mid April 2011… more information and special offers coming soon.

Alex and Kim will be running Kettlebell training workshops outside during the summer – from May – September on the Downs and at Henleaze Common by popular request. The groups will be small to allow good teaching, challenging workshops and good results.

Kim is qualified in Kettlebell Instructor through REPS accredited Celtic Kettlebell Certification , she has been teaching Kettlebells 1;1 and to small groups of women and men for over 2 years – visit www.celtickettlebells.co.uk

Last weekend Kim qualified as a TRX Accreditated Instructor – a brilliant, functional piece of kit, designed by the Navy to challenge your body to work functionally, anywhere. The TRX will improve your strength, lift your metabolic rate, challenge your functional muscle patterns and is suitable for all levels of fitness, men and women.

It is used widely with Rubgy teams, triathletes, runners, and is perfect to travel with – anywhere in the world.

Kim will be running 1;1 training sessions with the TRX throughout the summer at the EP Clinic – perfect for a 30mins workout boost at lunchtime, or early morning. Combine this with Kettlebells and Flexi Bar and you will be truly well exercised and fit for the summer!

EP Coaches will next be heading to the International Fitness Conference 2011 in Blackpool the last weekend in March,  run by Chrysalis Promotions, followed by FITPRO in Loughborough two weeks later. Kim will be assisting presenting for Flexi Bar, and working towards her L3 Master Spinning Instructors Training, combined with learning lots of new tips and execises for you all, plus the latest nutrition and science thoughts for fat loss, performance and wellbeing so quizz us!
