Autumn Courses Filling up Fast – only 3 months till Xmas!

This Autumn we have lots planned to help you achieve your goals, working towards feeling fit and fabulous by Christmas!

Busy and going well is the popular Tuesday evening Bootcamp at 6.30pm, plus the Early Morning session on a Thursday @ 6.30am – both designed to help you become fitter and leaner through cardio, core and strength work – you are welcome to come and try it for a Fiver!

Starting soon and nearly full is the Beginners Bootcamp on Tuesdays @ 5.30pm for 45mins from 3rd Nov for 6 weeks, plus Flexi Bar on Wednesday 4th November for 6 weeks @ 7.30pm at David Lloyd, and Ski Fit on Monday 16th November @ 6.30pm for 4 weeks – outdoor this year! 1;1 Kettlebell beasting & 1 Big Beasting date coming soon too……

And if you would like a bit of motivation and to get fitter for Christmas then why not come to the Festive Bootcamp Weekend on 27th Nov (4pm) – 29th Nov (4pm) in Somerset – lots of exercise, toning, core strength, nutrition advice and goal setting… discounts for the next two weeks available!

And finally for a bit of relaxation and fun the Christmas Meal is on Thursday 3rd December @ Goldbrick House – limited places left…book today for a fun night!
