A busy Weekend…massaging, running, Strictly Come Dancing, X Factor, cBeebies & Stunts!

Well its a busy weekend for EP clients and Head Coach, Kim Ingleby…..where to begin!

Firstly I am heading off to Swansea shortly to massage the cBeebies who are performing at the Swansea Grand Theatre, I am certainly intrigued to see who is under the costumes!

Then I head home for to try and catch the end of both Strictly & The X Factor – I’m not one for watching TV but I am supporting people within both shows through my work.  Firstly, look out for Camilla & Tom performing the group dance on Strictly, and Ian & Jodie dancing a Rumba to take them through to the next round of dancing – Good Luck to both of them, make sure you vote.  Then switch over to ITV and watch GirlBand performing live for the first time in the Group section of the competition, mentored by Louis Walsh.  Girlband, are a 4 local girls, including two sisters who’s Mum is an EP client!  So make sure you get voting for them too please!!

After a good sleep, I will rise bright and early to head to London to run the beautiful Royal Parks Half Marathon with a few clients, Good Luck to Jim & Kalpna – you will be fine! The Royal Parks is my first of three consecutive Half Marathons to raise money for Get Kids Going as part of my challenge to raise £30,000 in my 30th year.  I am hoping to raise a minimum of £800 to allow them to purchase a sports specified wheelchair for a child to be able to participate in sport – to help me achieve this, and sponsor me to complete my three half marathons please visit www.justgiving.com/kimingleby  …….

Following a large lunch in The Commander Pub to refuel after the half marathon I will head to Walton on Thames to continue my support work with some of the dancers from Strictly Come Dancing!  Then I think I should be at my friend’s in time to watch the results show of Strictly and The X Factor – fingers crossed all of the EP connections get through!  No problem I feel.  Make sure you watch Strictly as Camilla and Ian are performing an amazing, professional show dance which is guaranteed to leave you feeling fantastic and energised!

Then I feel a good sleep will be in order before heading into London town to work with a Stunt Woman, who alos happens to be a World Champion age group triathlete……and from there I will head to Cheltenham to listen to James Cann from Dragon’s Den give a talk on Entrepreneurship where I hope to be able to pitch the Sponsorship proposal for the Strictly Energised Charity Ball!  The website will be live on Tuesday so make sure you visit www.strictlyenergisedcharityball.co.uk.

So …  I hope whatever you are doing this weekend, you have a fabulous time and I look forward to welcoming you on one of our Autumn/Winter courses and at the Christmas meal on Monday 8th Dec – lots of new dates out so make sure you have a look.
