Sophie Whitworth wins Female Triathlete of Year at the 220 Awards this weekend……..

Team Energised would like to say a huge Well Done to Sophie Whitworth for winning the Mens Health, Female Age Group Triathlete of the Year at the 220 Awards Ceremony this weekend. Sophie is a highly talented athlete winning several national and international triathlons, combined with winning Silver at two consecutive World Championships. Head Coach, Kim met Sophie several years ago whilst working as the sports therapist and NLP performance coach for the GB Triathlon Age Team.  Sophie is one dedicated, focused and naturally talented athletes, who is a genuine, kind hearted person – a totally well deserved award to an amazing invidiual – well done Sophie!!  We wish her all the luck and good training for the forthcoming season, and World Championships in Australia this September.
