EP’s Weekly Bootcamps are as popular as ever and back for Autumn!
Taking place on the Downs every Tuesday @ 6.30pm & every Thursday @ 6.30am, Weekly Bootcamp is a fantastic way to get fitter, leaner & stronger! So why not come along and try it for a fiver?!
Challenging, rewarding and fun – Bootcamp will give you good results, and our knowledgeable and experienced Coaches will give you their support and commitment! We will be focusing on endurance & strength – combining hill, speed & circuit training with boxing, upper body, core & leg work!
We welcome men and women who can jog comfortably and would like to get fitter and be challenged! We don’t shout – we just gently encourage you, making you work much harder than you realise, and allowing you to achieve your goals and much, much more…!
In addition, the Bootcamp Weekend is back, taking place in Chew Valley from 27th November @ 4pm until Sunday 29th November. A fantastic way to feel fit and fabulous in time for Christmas, the weekend will include, outdoor cardio sessions, indoor core & strength work, nutritional advice, good food and great company!
