Excellent source of Vit C & K, thought to help with thyroid function, may have unique DNA protection improving stability of DNA inside our white blood cells (studies do suggest from 1.25cups a day though:-), anti oxidant, anti inflammatory & loads more good stuff! And to get young kids eating them (I used to hate them!) make it fun… And also introduce before they are 1 #foodunwrapped suggest 😊

I’ve found roasting them with tumeric is yummy… Mashing with butternut squash and carrots, coconut oil, and black pepper or in brocolli, pea & lentil soup…#feelgood food #kimskitchen
