On Sunday we went to the Nuffield Fitness Centre in Central London for our Level 2 Spinning Exams, assessed by the Master Instructor Sandro Morelli – if you can – go to one of his classes – they are amazing!  We are pleased to say our Head Coach Kim is now a Level 2 Spinning Instructor, and she hopes to bring you even more exciting, challenging, interesting classes with great beats and motivation!
