Ahh the end of January, got to be Super powered Soup Time!

Try this, quick, simple and immune boosting goodness from Kim’s kitchen

Sauteed red onions, chilli (optional), sage and garlic crushed
with browned turkey in coconut oil, lemon and chilli (optional)

With Green or Red lentils plus

Finely chopped watercress, courgettes, leeks and peas,

Can be left as chunky soup or blended,

Serve with Gluten free Soda Bread, Oatcakes or sweet potato chips for a cheeky side and energy boost,

Yum, yum 🙂

Season with black pepper and topped with Basil and Pine Nuts,
