I am heading up to London to get involved for the next 5 days, sure to be an amazing and inspiring time. I will be a Games Maker for Triathlon, fine tuning a couple of athletes with Mental Strength Performance Coaching & Running with Sweaty Betty as part of my National Ambassador Role. Days range from starting at 3.30/4am to finishing some time later, the car is packed full of ‘Brain Ninja’ Tools, Different Kit for various roles, Bikes, Trainers etc (perhaps going away for more than a week it looks like!) From all of this I am sure I will return with some great stories and motivation to share with the Energised Team.
I would like to wish a MASSIVE Good Luck to every Team GB Athlete and especially…
