At Energised HQ we had a mix of fun and friends, training & charity Bootcamps – keeping it all in balance and enjoying the celebrations. On Monday we raised £200 for local charities, Bristol Rugby Foundation & FRANK Water through our Charity Bootcamp. Lots of Energised Ones turned out, with some travelling as far as Cornwall to make the session – good times! Thank you all for your efforts and energy – the next one will be at the end of our Olympic Energised Bootcamp Challenge on 11th August.
I did the Bristol Rugby Foundation Cycle Challenge on the Saturday as part of my Ironman trianing, 104miles from Bristol, to Bath, to Gloucester Rugby Clubs and back…. a great route, if a little challenging.
This coming weekend will see lots of the Energised Ladies completing the Race for Life, 5-10km plus Felicity hula hooping the whole way around again! So impressive – check out her youtube clip on our site.
Plus Thursday 7th June, 6.30 – 8pm if you are in Bristol and love Sweaty Betty clothing pop along to their store, I will be there to answer all your questions and you will save 20% of any kit! Definitely worth coming along too.
Have a wonderful rest of your week, whatever you are up to, make it count.
