EP Coach Sarah’s 2012km by the Olympic’s for Alzheimer’s

EP Coach Sarah’s first Big Charity Challenge – good work! Have a read…

Some of you might remember me saying a while ago that I’d like to complete a charity event. Well, feeling totally Energised and inspired by you guys and your amazing fundraising efforts at the Jubilee Big Bootcamp, here’s my first one…!
I’m currently taking part in a 2012km Olympic Gold team challenge to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society because they do such great work in helping to raise awareness and research of dementia. This is a cause very close to my heart, with my Nan currently suffering from Alzheimers. It’s such a sad condition and anything we can do to help raise money to fund research and care for dementia sufferers is a huge help. No matter how big or small, every single donation will make a big difference to this very worthy charity.
So, the challenge…? To complete 2012km before the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games on 27th July – either cycling, walking, running, rowing or swimming. For those of you who might know just how much I love my new bike, you won’t be surprised to hear most of my kilometres will be on my bike!

Any money raised, however big or small, will make a BIG difference! Thank you so much for even just taking the time to read this – your support really is appreciated 🙂
If you’re thinking of taking part in a charity challenge yourself and need some ideas, let us know and we’d be very happy to help. Likewise, if you fancy joining me in cranking up some of these kilometres – the more the merrier! And don’t forget to tune in for news coming soon on our packed schedule for Olympic Challenges and Olympic Energised Bootcamp Challenge on 11th August! More info coming soon…..
