Bristol Energised Month of Games & Charity Bootcamp – Everyone Welcome, Get Involved!

Whatever your fitness level, whatever your goal, whatever your age you are VERY Welcome to join our Energised Month of Games.  Be inspired by the Olympics and sign up to as many sessions as you like, from Bootcamps to Tabata (high intensity fat burning sessions), Kettlebells & Alpha Bags, Flexi bar, Charity Bootcamp and much more.

Guaranteed to kick start or improve your fitness levels, commit to a session and come and try it out.   We will look after you if you are nervous, and challenge you if you need/want it!  Our Coaches are experienced, qualified, motivating, positive people.
