#WednesdayWorkout – Why do you Workout?

I would love to know why you workout? Or perhaps why you don’t workout? What motivates you and what limits you….
I love my workouts…. to build my #innerconfidence, strength of mind and body, for my wellness, to achieve a challenge, race or adventure, my head space & to see what’s possible. I’ve been doing some core strength after Stirling Scottish Marathon #stirlingmarathon and focusing on my clients during June…. now quietly turning my attention to ideas bubbling for an Autumn – Spring challenge (still open to ideas to add to the list … someone sent me this…?! www.worldmarathonchallenge.com anyone seen it?!!)
I’m constantly inspired by many people, this week it’s been Joel Hicks – Photography from Woolsack Race & the #charity work he does with Always With A Smile Foundation and getting others believing in themselves to #godo Susie Chan for constantly inspiring me with #running adventures & Lisa Welham for her strength & dance beauty💙
 
Getting a support team around you, motivation and accountability, passion and purpose can really help you #makeithappen,
 
So today I would love to share what you love, and why sometimes it doesn’t happen so we can all help each other #feelgood this Summer. We’re doing this in my Inner #confidenceclub and I’m loving the growth and support the ladies have.
