Try these moves….
🌟lateral high knee jumps with a squat
🌟 hip flexor resistance band hold and kick back
🌟#saq fast feet and hurdles
🌟lunge and rotation, can add medicine ball
🌟downward dog or burpee into press up
🌟single leg jumps back and forth engaging buttocks
