💪 Mini Challenge circuit: warm up before starting

 

25 squats 💪
Beginner – Arms in front to stabilise
Intermediate – prisoner squat (hands behind head, elbows wide)
Advanced – weighted (goblet or bar squat)

 

25 push ups 💪
Beginner – wall push up
Intermediate – on knees
Advanced – full press up

 

25 roll ups 💪
Beginner – knees bent
Intermediate – legs straight, toes pointed
Advanced – legs straight, feet flexed and elevated

 

25 wood chops to each side 💪
Beginner – standing with weight
Intermediate – full with rotation and squat
Advanced – cable or weighted
