I coach many people for Running and Endurance Event’s… whatever the goal I always include strength and core training as I feel it’s really important and beneficial.

 

Try this cheeky little exercise to improve your balance, ankle stability and core strength. Great for running performance, activating gluts and reducing risk of injury, especially if you are training for off road events like Maverick Race

 

Start with ten moves on each leg on the ground. Then if you have good balance and no injuries do the same on a bosu! Aiming to keep your hips level, shoulders relaxed and lower core engaged. And keep breathing!
