Make time this festive time: ️

⭐️Pause and take care of yourself, whatever this means and if only for a moment each day

⭐️Call, text, write, hug, pop in to see people you love

⭐️Get outside in nature, breathe deep, enjoy the moments, love

⭐️Eat yummy food, hydrate

⭐️Dance, listen to music, move your body

⭐️Hug a person or / and dog or any animal!

⭐️Volunteer or / and give to charity – I’ve donated to Marmalade Trust today

⭐️Be kind and patient

⭐️Remember your value is not based on the value of your presents but the value of presence

⭐️Support local and little businesses

⭐️Thank those who have helped you this year

⭐️Get some good sleep

⭐️Know you matter

⭐️Believe in happiness, have hope and look after your health, mind, body and soul

⭐️Do something different
