A Little #MondayMotivation: When did you last pause?

 
 
Sometimes you just need a pause, amidst all the things you want passionately and are doing…. just to be. To switch off and check in with how you’re doing.
 
Spring is a great moment to do this. Even if it’s just for an hour or so (but try a little longer).
 
Check in with how your years flowing, how you feel, what have you committed to consistently that’s working (celebrate this) and what’s not quite working (stop and change or let go of this). With this, write a clear, simple plan for May to August and take action next week…
 
If you need any support in the chaos let me know. Keep a look out in the next two weeks for the launch of something special too……
 
Then give a random act of kindness for the last Monday in April to someone who matters to you, but it will be a big surprise
