I think Lent, if you are religious or not, is a wonderful time to focus your mind and thoughts on letting something go, get a clearer idea of where you want to be.
Have a think about it today….. what could you decide and commit to changing: perhaps a limiting thought you keep saying to yourself which is unhelpful, distraction or procrastination habits, fear of commitment, growth, change.
