How do you feel about your body & image? Are you happy, in your mind and body? This is just a quick thought about your Body and Image, how I might be able to help & some interesting links…
I trained in the fitness industry over 15 years ago, setting up Energised in 2004. At first I gained great physical results with many clients, improving their fitness, well being, health and posture. In many cases this boosted their confidence and self esteem too. However, several clients achieved amazing results but still had this limiting self talk and identity about themselves. This made me really sad as a coach, as I could see how much they had achieved but they could not. So, this is what lead me to train, research and find the very best courses within NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Nutrition for Brain functioning, hormones and more so I could really make a difference to people’s lives, mind and body.
I suppose this also came from an understanding personally when I was in my early teenage year’s of never quite fitting in, and not being content with the person I was. I think this is so common as you grow up, find your way and learn to trust yourself, yet it is a topic that is often kept very quiet. The learning’s I have gained over the years (which I continue to learn every year) have undoubtedly enhanced my own life, and in turn allowed me to enhance the life of many others.
To become content with the person you are, as well as feel fit, strong, healthy and energised in mind and body, is empowering and liberating. And to learn, that not being okay at times, is actually okay as it is often in these moments, if you don’t fight them, that you learn the most and become more content (there’s a thought!).
As we head towards 2013 it is my vision and passion to empower as many people as we can to feel good about themselves, inside and out! To achieve the goals you always dream about, and also to be proud of those achievements!
I look forward to sharing these achievements and supporting you all the way… and in the meantime here are some interesting, thought provoking links which will get you thinking about where you are right now.
