How do you overcome fear…. whatever that may be… a run, bike, first race. Many times I’ve got stuck with fear of what if…. or just fear yet passion to want to do it.
If you can, don’t be scared to go outside, to find happy moments, to share your fears and breathe.
Do create some structure in your days if you can (we can help you with this), hydrate and eat regularly, get some good sleep and rest.
