Perfect to kick start your fitness for 2009 and keep you on track!! Bootcamp starts for the Spring Term by popular request on Tuesday 13th Jan for 10 whole weeks….. incorporating a mixture of running, circuits, strength and core work it is suitable for anyone, male or female, who likes being outside, in a group, and can happily jog at a slow pace. We have a couple of trainers depending on the size of the group so can look after you all!
The Spring Term will have a focus on winter weight loss, ski fitness and base training for triathlon/running but even if you dont fancy any of those it will still get you fit so come along…!
We are also running the Jan Bootcamp Weekend from Fri 30th – Sun 1st Feb including lots of fitness, core, goal setting and fun at the beautifully converted Folly Farm, about 30mins drive from the centre of Bristol. There are a few places left and we know this will be a fantastic weekend so why not come along and be part of it..!
And finally if that wasn’t enough Bootcamp for you….. those early birds will be happy as the 5 day Bootcamp Beasting is back in time for Valentines Day (we dont mind if you are single or a couple……two clients even got together through EP…..!) – 5 days in a row at 6.45am – hard core, and great fun!
